Overview

My Infusa is a Malta-based online store selling matcha, tea and accessories at www.myinfusa.com. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them before making a purchase.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform through which we sell our products.

These terms apply to retail (B2C) purchases only. If you are a café, shop or business interested in wholesale, please contact us directly at myinfusa@gmail.com — a separate wholesale agreement applies.


Section 1 – Where We Sell

My Infusa sells and delivers exclusively within Malta and Gozo. We do not accept orders for delivery outside Malta. All prices are displayed in Euro (€). VAT is applied in accordance with Maltese law — food products including matcha and tea are VAT-exempt; accessories are subject to VAT at the standard rate. Our VAT registration number is MT24156930.


Section 2 – Placing an Order

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that:

  • (a) you are of legal age in Malta;
  • (b) the information you have provided (name, address, contact details) is accurate and complete;
  • (c) you agree to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.


Section 3 – Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal for all orders, processed securely at checkout via Shopify. We do not store your payment details.

For pickup orders only: if you would prefer to pay by cash or Revolut on collection, please contact us at +356 9928 9165 before placing your order and we will arrange this with you directly.

Home delivery orders must be paid online at checkout. We are unable to accept cash or Revolut for home delivery.


Section 4 – Delivery & Pickup

We offer two fulfilment options:

Pick Up — Free & Next Day: Collect your order from our premises at 124, Triq il-Karmnu, Birkirkara, BKR 1245, Malta. Pickup is always free and your order will be ready the next day. Please contact us on +356 9928 9165 to confirm your collection time before coming.

Home Delivery: We deliver to all areas of Malta and Gozo within 1–5 working days of your order being confirmed. Delivery is free on orders of €50 or more. A flat delivery fee of €5 applies to orders under €50, for both Malta and Gozo.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Maltese public holidays. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during busy periods. We will notify you if there is a significant delay to your order.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery or collection.


Section 5 – Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your order under the following conditions:

Return window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery or collection to notify us that you wish to return a product.

Condition of returned products: We can only accept returns on products that are sealed and unopened. For hygiene and food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on matcha or tea products where the original seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened.

How to request a return: Contact us at myinfusa@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will guide you through the process.

Refunds: Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

Faulty or incorrect items: If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


Section 6 – Prices & Product Availability

All prices are listed in Euro (€). VAT treatment varies by product type in accordance with Maltese law — please refer to Section 1 for details. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we are not obliged to honour the incorrect price. We will notify you of the error and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.


Section 7 – Your Account & Information

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information at all times. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.


Section 8 – Personal Information

Any personal information you provide when using our website or placing an order is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


Section 9 – Acceptable Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not use the site to transmit harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, collect other users' personal data, or engage in any fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activity. We reserve the right to suspend or block access to any user who breaches these conditions.


Section 10 – Limitation of Liability

My Infusa takes reasonable care to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by Maltese law, My Infusa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this website or the products purchased through it, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.


Section 11 – Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.


Section 12 – Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.


Section 13 – Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the website after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
